Ingredients:
- 2 cups ground nuts (Verusenaga pappu)
- 10-15 pods of Garlic
- 6 tbsps Jeera
- 10-12 Red Chilies
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Procedure:
- In a pan little oil and fry the ground nuts on a low flame till done keep them aside
- Add little oil and add Jeera and red chilies and fry them for 1-2 minutes
- Grind the ground nuts, garlic, Jeera and red chilies together
- Ground nut powder is ready to eat with rice, chapatti, Dosa, Idly, Upma.
