Verusenaga pappu Podi/ Groundnut Powder

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ground nuts (Verusenaga pappu)
  • 10-15 pods of Garlic
  • 6 tbsps Jeera
  • 10-12 Red Chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
Procedure:
  • In a pan little oil and fry the ground nuts on a low flame till done keep them aside
  • Add little oil and add Jeera and red chilies and fry them for 1-2 minutes
  • Grind the ground nuts, garlic, Jeera and red chilies together
  • Ground nut powder is ready to eat with rice, chapatti, Dosa, Idly, Upma.
