Teeya Podi or Chutney Powder

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Urad Dal
  • 1 cup Chana Dal
  • 1/4 cup Dhaniya
  • 10-12 Red chilies
  • ½ small lemon ball size dry tamarind
  • Jaggery to taste
  • Salt to taste
Procedure:
  • In a pan dry roast all the ingredients and grind them
  • Add Jaggery , dry tamarind and salt to taste
  • Teeya Podi / Chutney Powder is ready to eat dosa, idly, upma.!!
Tip:
  • While dry roasting the ingredients keep an eye so that they are not over fried
