Ingredients:
- 1 cup Urad Dal
- 1 cup Chana Dal
- 1/4 cup Dhaniya
- 10-12 Red chilies
- ½ small lemon ball size dry tamarind
- Jaggery to taste
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- In a pan dry roast all the ingredients and grind them
- Add Jaggery , dry tamarind and salt to taste
- Teeya Podi / Chutney Powder is ready to eat dosa, idly, upma.!!
Tip:
- While dry roasting the ingredients keep an eye so that they are not over fried
